Robust Batch Cultivation Process for Recombinant Protein with Escherichia coli BL21 in a BIOSTAT® B Reactor : BIOSTAT® B bioreactor 에서 BL21 E.coli 를 배양하여 rGFP protein 생산을 유도하였을 때 OD600 = 56 정도로 매우 배양이 잘 되었으며 2g 의 L-arabinose 로 유도하였을 때 약 0.5g 의 GFP protein 을 생산할 수 있었다.
