Purpose

cell expansion ÇÒ ¶§ÀÇ ¹è¾çÁ¶°Ç°ú ¼³Á¤°ª¿¡ ¼³¸íÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù.
ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¹è¾çÁ¶°ÇÀº 50 Liter ÀÌ»ó±îÁö scale up ÇÏ¿© ¹è¾çÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

Cells, Medium and Microcarrier
Ãʱâ seeding Çϴµ¥ »ç¿ëÇÑ 1.5 x 10^7 cell Àº serum-reduced 5% FBS media ¿¡¼ ¹è¾çÇÏ¿´´Ù. SoloHill Pronectin F microcarrier (0.75% solid fraction) Àº Á¦Á¶»ç ±ÇÀå ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î ÁغñÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Cultivation setup
´ÙÀ½Àº UniVessel Su ¿¡¼ MSC ¼¼Æ÷¸¦ cultivation ÇÏ´Â 3°¡Áö °úÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù.

MSC ¼¼Æ÷´Â 37¡É, pH 7.2 ±×¸®°í 0.1 vvm (gas volume flow per unit of liquid
volume per minute) Á¶°Ç¿¡¼ 7ÀÏ µ¿¾È ¹è¾çÇÏ¿´´Ù.
