METHODS

3 batch ÀÇ pre-emulsion material À» ÁغñÇÏ¿© °¢°¢ ¹ÝÀ¸·Î ³ª´©¾î °¢ Àåºñ·Î Å×½ºÆ® ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
High Pressure Homogenization ÇÑ ÈÄ sterile filtration ÇÑ ÈÄ laser diffraction, fluorescence detector ¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â HPLC ±×¸®°í gradual pore plugging model ½ÇÇèÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

2. Corixa »ç´Â 150nm »çÀÌÁî ÀÌÇÏÀÇ water-in-oil emulsion À» ±¸ÇÏ´Â ¸ñÇ¥¿´´Ù. Microfluidizer °¡ 3 pass ¸¦ ÅëÇØ 141nm »çÀÌÁîÀÇ Æò±Õ ÀÔµµºÐÆ÷¸¦ °¡Áø °á°ú¸¦ ±¸ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾úÀ¸³ª HPH ´Â 15 pass ¸¦ ÇÏ¿©µµ 185nm ÀÔµµ¸¦ °¡Áø °á°ú°¡ ³ª¿Ô´Ù.
