Introduction

Nano-emulsion preparation

Á¤Á¦µÈ soybean oil ¿¡ 0.3% (w/w) curcuminÀ» 12½Ã°£µ¿¾È ºÐ»êÇÑ ÈÄ syringeÇÊÅÍ (0.45 ¥ìm) ¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÒ¼ø¹°À» Á¦°ÅÇÑ oil phase ¸¦ Á¦Á¶ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Áõ·ù¼ö¿¡ 0.1~5% (w/w) ´Ù¾çÇÑ ³óµµÀÇ À¯È­Á¦ (gum arabic ¶Ç´Â pectin) ¸¦ ¿ëÇØÇÏ¿© ¿¬¼Ó»ó (continuous phase) À» Á¦Á¶ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

10% (v/v) oil phase ¿Í 90% (v/v) continuous phase ¸¦ È¥ÇÕÇÑ ÈÄ rotor-stator mixier ¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© 104 rpm¿¡¼­ 5ºÐ°£ ó¸®ÇÏ¿© premixed emulsionÀ» Á¦Á¶ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
