Titanium Dioxide slurry ³»ÀÇ TiO2 ´Â agglomeration µÇ´Â Ư¼ºÀÌ Àִµ¥ À̵éÀ» Àß ºÐ»ê (de-agglomeration) ½ÃÅ°Áö ¾ÊÀ¸¸é hiding power °¡ ¶³¾îÁö°í, ÄÚÆÃÇÑ Ç¥¸éÀÇ ±¤ÅÃÀÌ ¶³¾îÁö°í, ¶ÇÇÑ »öä°¡ º¯ÇÏ´Â ´ÜÁ¡ÀÌ ³ªÅ¸³ª°Ô µÈ´Ù.
±×·¯¹Ç·Î ÄÚÆÿ¡ »ç¿ëµÇ´Â TiO2 ´Â 1§­ ÀÌÇÏ Å©±â°¡ 90% ÀÌ»ó ±¸¼ºµÉ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï dispersion ½ÃÄÑ ÁÖ´Â °ÍÀÌ ¸Å¿ì Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù.

In-line High Shear Mixer ´Â rotor/stator °¡ ÇÑ ½ÖÀ¸·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ´Â single-stage inline-mixer ¿Í µÎ ½ÖÀ¸·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ´Â multi-stage ·Î ±¸ºÐÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

SQSH (Square Hole High Shear Screen)
¿ëÇؼº ºñ¿ëÇؼº granular solid ¸¦ ¸Å¿ì ¹Ì¼¼ÇÏ°Ô particle size reduction ½ÃÅ°´Â Ư¼ºÀ» °¡Áø stator ·Î¼­ °¡Àå °­·ÂÇÑ shear rate ¸¦ °¡Áö°í ÀÖ¾î dispersion, emulsion, disintegration, solubilization, fine colloid suspension µî¿¡ È¿°úÀûÀ¸·Î »ç¿ë.
SLDH (Slotted Disintegrating Head)
µ¿¹°Á¶Á÷ ¶Ç´Â ½Ä¹°Á¶Á÷°ú °°ÀÌ fibrous Ư¼ºÀ» °¡Áø ¹°ÁúÀ» disintegration ÇÏ´Â ¸ñÀûÀ¸·Î ¸¹ÀÌ »ç¿ëµÇ´Â stator ·Î¼­ ƯÈ÷ ź¼ºÀÌ °­ÇÑ rubber ¿Í polymer °°Àº ¹°ÁúÀÇ disintegration °ú solubilization ¿¡ ¸¹ÀÌ »ç¿ëµÊ.
Multi-SLDH (Multi Slotted Disintegrating Head)
SLDH °¡ µÎ °³ ÀÖ´Â ±¸Á¶ÀÎ multi-stage stator ·Î¼­ single stator ¿¡ ºñÇØ ¹°ÁúÀÇ chamber ³» ü·ù ½Ã°£ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇϹǷΠdisintegration °ú solubilization ÀÇ È¿À²¼ºÀÌ Å« stator.


Agglomeration µÈ TiO2 slurry ³» ÀÔµµ´Â Å©°Ô´Â 300§­ Å©±â¿¡¼­ºÎÅÍ ÀÛ°Ô´Â 0.04 ~ 2§­ »çÀÌ¿¡ ºÐÆ÷ÇÑ´Ù.
