Cell Migration 연구를 진행할 때 일반적으로 아주 미세한 도구를 이용하여 배양한 세포 layer 에 wound 를 만들게 됩니다.
그러나 이런 작업은 대부분 시간이 너무 많이 들고 생성되는 wound 가 일정하지 않으며 살아있는 세포가 아닌
최종적인 실험 분석 결과에만 의존하는 경우가 많습니다.
그러나 Live Cell Analysis 는 살아있는 세포의 migration 을 실시간으로 측정하는 매우 강력한 solution 을 제공합니다.
Incucyte® Scratch Wound Analysis Software Module 은 형광을 사용하지 않거나 또는 dual fluorescence 를 사용하여 실시간으로
cell migration 정도를 자동으로 측정할 수 있습니다.

Figure 3 : Anti-Proliferative Effects of Mitomycin C (MMC) During Cell Migration. MDA-MB-231 and BxPC3 cells were seeded (30,000 cells/well and 50,000 cells/well, respectively) and,
once a monolayer had formed, pre-treated with 50 μM MMC for 4 hours. Cells were wounded, washed and migration was monitored using the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System.
