Integrity Testing :
water-based diffusion test 를 이용하여 integrity test 를 실행하였으며
small non-enveloped virus 모델로서 bacteriophage PP7 을 이용하여 테스트 한 결과
≥4 log10 의 LRV 값을 구할 수 있었다. |
