Introduction

µ¿Àû±¤»ê¶õ (DLS), Àü±â¿µµ¿ ±¤»ê¶õ(ELS) µîÀÇ ÃøÁ¤¿¡¼­ ºÐ»ê¿ë¾×ÀÇ ±¼Àý·ü (RI) Àº Áß¿äÇÑ ¿ä¼ÒÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î »ç¿ëµÇ´Â ºÐ»ê¿ë¾×ÀÇ RI °ªÀº È­Çаú ¹°¸®ÇÐÀÇ CRC Handbook °ú °°Àº Âü°í ÀÚ·á¿¡¼­ ½±°Ô ãÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. Salt ¸¦ Æ÷ÇÔÇÏ´Â ¼ö¿ë¾× ½Ã½ºÅÛ¿¡¼­´Â ¼ø¼öÇÑ ¹°ÀÇ RI °ª ¸¸À¸·Îµµ ÃøÁ¤ Á¤È®µµ¿¡ Å« ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÖÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¸ç ÃæºÐÇÑ °æ¿ì°¡ ¸¹½À´Ï´Ù.

±×·¯³ª ´ë´Ù¼öÀÇ ºÐ»ê¿ë¾× ¶Ç´Â ¹°°ú À¯±â¿ë¸ÅÀÇ È¥ÇÕ¹° °°Àº °æ¿ì, ½Å·ÚÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Light Scattering °á°ú¸¦ º¸ÀåÇϱâ À§ÇØ Á¤È®ÇÑ RI °ªÀÇ ÃøÁ¤ÀÌ ÇʼöÀûÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î RI °ª 1% ÆíÂ÷´Â DLS ¸¦ ÅëÇØ ¾òÀº ÀÔÀÚÅ©±â °á°ú °ª¿¡¼­ 2% ÀÇ ÆíÂ÷¸¦ ¾ß±âÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

BeNano 180 Zeta Max ´Â Åõ°úµµ ±¤ÇÐÀåÄ¡¿Í ±¼Àý ¿ø¸®¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇØ ¾×üÀÇ ±¼Àý·üÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ÃøÁ¤ °úÁ¤¿¡¼­´Â ÀÌ¹Ì ±¼Àý·üÀÌ ¾Ë·ÁÁ® ÀÖ´Â µÎ °³ÀÇ ¾×ü°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
ÃøÁ¤ÇÒ »ùÇÿë¾×À» ½û±â ¸ð¾çÀÇ Å¥ºª¿¡ ´ã±â°í, ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ Åë°ú½ÃŰ¸é ±¼ÀýÀÌ ÀϾ´Ï´Ù.
0¡Æ À§Ä¡¿¡ ÀÖ´Â CMOS °ËÃâ±â´Â ±¼ÀýµÈ ºûÀÇ À§Ä¡¸¦ Æ÷ÂøÇÏ°Ô µË´Ï´Ù.

ÀÌ¹Ì ±¼Àý·üÀ» ¾Ë°í ÀÖ´Â µÎ °¡Áö ±âÁØ ¿ë¾× (n1, n2) ÀÇ light spot À§Ä¡¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿©, ¾×üÀÇ ±¼Àý·ü°ú light spot À§Ä¡ »çÀÌÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ º¸¿©ÁÖ´Â calibration curve ¸¦ ±×¸³´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ °î¼±Àº 1.20 ¿¡¼­ 1.60 »çÀÌÀÇ ±¼Àý·ü ¹üÀ§¿¡¼­ °­ÇÑ linearity ¸¦ º¸ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
