iQue® Human and Mouse Antibody Internalization Kits 는 하나의 30 ㎕ assay volume 으로 부터 antibody internalization, antibody specificity, 그리고 cell health 를 동시에
대용량으로 측정할 수 있는 no-wash assay kit 입니다.
항체는 pH-sensitive iQue® Antibody Internalization Reagent (R/Red) 로 쉽게 labeling 할 수 있으며
여기에 iQue® Cell Membrane Integrity Dye (B/Green) 를 넣게 되면 cell health 와 antibody function 을 동시에 측정할 수 있습니다.
또한 이 sample 에 iQue® Cell Proliferation and Encoding Dye V/Blue (Tag-it Violet™) 를 넣게 되면 cell specificity 도 동시에 측정할 수 있습니다.

| Assay principle of the iQue® Human and Mouse Antibody Internalization Reagents and Kits :: Antibody Internalization Reagent 로 labeling 된 항체는
중성 pH 에서 형광을 생성하지 않으나 항체가 세포 안으로 internalization 되어지고 산성환경인 lysosome 과 endosome 으로 들어가게 되면 강한 형광이 발생하게 된다. |

| (A) Pre-set template gates are provided for different populations (cells, single cells, and internalized antibodies).
The template also provides a dose response curve plotted for MFI and percent internalized for a control sample.
Additional curves for further samples can be generated, including (B), the number of cells with internalized antibodies as a percentage of single cells. |
