4. Formulation Optimization

Step 1. Required HLB Screening and Adjustment.

- Terpene Rich Hemp Oil Conc. (55% CBD) : 5.4% (CBD ³óµµ= 3% or 30 mg/ml).
- Olive oil : 7.2%.

- Water : 91.6% (18.4% coming from Q-Naturale).
