iQue® Cell-Based Kits 는 viability, proliferation, apoptosis 등과 같은 cell health 과 cell function 관련 실험용 Kit 입니다.

이 Kit 는 DNA 양에 비례하여 형광을 발산하는 DNA binding Dye 를 이용하여 cell cycle 프로파일을 만들고 각 세포 주기 단계의 상대적인 백분율을 측정하는 데 사용되는 Kit 로서
매우 간단하고 no-washing 이면서 add-and-read 하는 Kit 입니다.
이 Kit 에 사용되는 DNA binding Dye 는 DNA 와만 선택적으로 결합하므로 RNA binding 에 대해서 염려할 필요가 없으므로 RNase 를 처리할 필요가 없습니다.
