The iQue® Cell Proliferation and Encoding Dyes 는 세포내에서 primary amine group 또는 glutathione 과 결합하는 특성을 가진 cell permeable dyes 입니다.
세포독성이 거의 없으며 최대 6세대까지 분열된 세포에서 형광을 관찰할 수 있을 정도로 안정적이며 1세대와 2세대 세포사이에 형광의 세기 차이가 없는 특성을 가집니다.
encoding 의 목적으로 사용되면 The iQue® Cell Proliferation and Encoding Dyes 는 하나의 fluorescent channel 에서 서로 다른 2~4 개의 cell population 을 다른 형광 intensity 로 labeling 할 수 있습니다.
각 Dye 는 개별적으로 몇가지 다른 용량으로 판매 가능하고, 세가지 다른 형광 파장범위가 있으며, cell proliferation 또는 cell encoding 목적에 개별적으로 사용 가능합니다. |

| iQue® Cell Proliferation Dye 원리 :: 분열하고 있는 세포에 있는 Dye 는 양이 줄어들게 됨에 따라 형광 세기가 약해집니다.
그리고 죽었거나 잠복기에 있는 세포는 초기의 Dye 세기가 그대로 유지되므로
분열하고 있는 세포와 분열하지 않는 세포들을 구별할 수 있게됩니다. |
