Introduction

- Ethanol > 95 %

Analysis Procedure

1 gÀÇ celite¿Í 1 gÀÇ °í¸£°Ô ºÐ¼âµÈ »ùÇà (W1)À» ¡¾1mgÀÇ Á¤È®µµ·Î crucible (P1 type - Code A0000139)¿¡ ´ãÀº ÈÄ FIWE ÀåÄ¡¿¡ ¹èÄ¡ÇÑ´Ù.

¿¹¿­µÈ 150mlÀÇ 0.255 M H2SO4¿ë¾×¿¡ octanol 3-4¹æ¿ïÀ» Ãß°¡ÇÑ´Ù. ¿ë¾×ÀÌ ²ú±â ½ÃÀÛÇؼ­ ºÎÅÍ Á¤È®È÷ 30ºÐ µ¿¾È ´õ ²úÀδÙ. ¸¶Áö¸·¿¡ Áø°øÆßÇÁ·Î »ê¼º ¿ë¾×À» ¹èÃâÇÑ´Ù.

This weight represents the crucible containing crude fiber and ashes (W2).

Place the crucibles in a muffle at 550C, starting from room temperature, for three hours and weigh again after cooling in a desiccator. This weight represents the crucible containing ashes (W3).

Calculation

% Fiber = ((W2 ? W3) / W1 ) * 100

W1 = sample weight (1g)

W2 = crucible weight with fiber and ashes, after drying in an oven at 103 ¡ÆC for 2 h W3 = crucible weight with ashes, after muffle at 550 ¡ÆC for three hours
