본체에서 78kHz 의 초음파를 UCI probe 에 가해주면 UCI probe 는
해당 초음파의 충격력을 측정하고자 하는 금속에 가해주게 되고
금속면에서 충격을 받은 UCI probe 는 반동을 할 때 금속의 hardness 에 따라
초음파 주파수에 변화가 일어나게 된다.
UCI hardness tester 는 이 초음파 주파수 변화를 측정하여 금속의 hardness 를 측정하는 장치이다. |
